We only have one body and God expects us to be good stewards of it. With proper diet and exercise you can keep your physical body healthy to enable you to do the work of Christ. This is not going to be a sermon to tell you if you are over weight or under weight, so relax and let the Holy Spirit speak to you about maximizing your physical potential. I. Abuse to the A. Jesus is the Ultimate Steward follow His example C. If not a Christian, allow Christ to inhabit your temple. CONCLUSION: God wants us to honor Him with our physical bodies. The big question is: What do I need to do to maximize my physical potential to glorify God? If not a Christian, the first step is to accept Christ as your Savior and allow Him to inhabit your temple.
